Account Deletion Instructions for TwoTickets

At TwoTickets, we respect your privacy and provide you with the option to delete your account at any time. If you decide to delete your TwoTickets account, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our servers.

HOW TO DELETE YOUR TWOTICKETS ACCOUNT

  1. Log in to the TwoTickets App

    • Open the TwoTickets app on your device and log in to your account.

  2. Navigate to Account Settings

    • Tap on your profile icon or the menu button to access your account settings.

  3. Select "Delete Account

    • In the account settings, find and select the "Delete Account" option.

  4. Confirm Deletion

    • You will be asked to confirm that you want to permanently delete your account. Please note that this action is irreversible.

    • Click the "Delete My Account" button to complete the process.

  5. Final Confirmation

    • Once you confirm, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from **TwoTickets**. You will receive a confirmation message within the app to confirm that your account has been deleted.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Deleting your TwoTickets account will permanently remove all your data from our servers, including your profile information, event history, and messages.

  • If you decide to use TwoTickets again, you will need to create a new account.
